1. Paper Format & Submission Requirements

• Manuscript length: 4–6 pages.
• Format: IEEE two-column conference format, A4 size.
• Language: English.
• Fonts: Only Type 1 fonts allowed.
• Figures must be high-resolution; tables clearly labeled.
• Equations must be numbered sequentially.
• Introduction must include motivation and contributions.

2. Originality & Ethical Compliance

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
• No simultaneous submissions are allowed.
• Papers will undergo plagiarism checking using IEEE-approved tools.
• Submissions exceeding the plagiarism limit will be rejected immediately.
• Authors must ensure ethical compliance, originality, and proper citations.

3. Review & Acceptance Policy

• All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by domain experts.
• The Technical Program Committee (TPC) may accept, reject, or request revisions.
• Accepted papers must be presented by at least one author for IEEE Xplore eligibility.

4. Presentation & Attendance

• At least one author must register and present the accepted paper.
• Presentations may be conducted in offline or online mode (as applicable).
• Failure to present will result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.

5. Publication Policy

• Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
• IEEE reserves the right to include or exclude papers.

6. Registration Policy

• Full registration fee must be paid by the author.
• One registration covers one paper only.

7. General Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the conference.
• All attendees must follow the IEEE Code of Ethics.
