3. Who can submit papers to the conference?

6. What is a camera-ready paper?
A camera-ready paper is the final, revised version of the accepted paper prepared strictly in IEEE format and incorporating all reviewer comments.
7. Are plagiarism checks performed?
Yes. All submitted papers will be screened for plagiarism using standard detection tools. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 15% will be rejected.
8. Is paper presentation mandatory for IEEE Xplore publication?
Yes. Only registered and presented papers will be considered for submission to IEEE Xplore.
9. Can one author present multiple papers?
Yes. However, each paper requires a separate registration as per IEEE policy.
10. What is the mode of the conference?
The conference will be conducted in hybrid mode. Selected tracks will be held offline (in-person), while some tracks may allow online presentations. Details will be communicated to registered authors.
11. Who should register for the conference?
At least one author per accepted paper must register to present the paper. Others may register as listeners.
12. Will certificates be provided?
Yes. Certificates will be issued to registered authors, paper presenters, and conference participants/listeners.
13. What is the maximum page limit for paper submission?
The standard paper length is up to 6 pages. Additional pages are allowed with an extra charge.
14. Are additional page charges applicable?
Yes. Pages beyond the standard 6-page limit will be charged at βΉ500 per page, payable during registration.
15. How many papers are covered under one registration?
Each registration covers one (1) accepted paper only. Separate registration is required for additional papers.
16. How is IEEE membership verified?
Authors registering under the IEEE Member category must provide a valid IEEE Membership ID during registration.
17. Is the registration fee refundable?
No. Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
18. What are the registration categories and fees?
Registration fees vary based on participant category and IEEE membership status. Categories include UG/PG Students, Research Scholars/Faculty, Industry/Others, and Co-authors/Listeners. Complete details are available under the Payment Details section of the website.
19. Does Co-author / Listener registration include presentation or publication?
No. Co-author or Listener registration does not include paper presentation or IEEE Xplore publication.
20. Will authors be given an opportunity to revise rejected papers?
No. Decisions of the review committee are final. However, accepted papers may require mandatory revisions before camera-ready submission.
21. Where can I find the paper template?
Authors must use the official IEEE conference paper template, which is available on the conference website.
22. Who is eligible for online presentation?
Eligibility for online presentation will be determined based on the assigned track and approval by the organizing committee. Authors will be informed accordingly.
23. Is IEEE membership mandatory for submission or registration?
No. IEEE membership is not mandatory. However, IEEE members are eligible for discounted registration fees.
