Manuscript Preparation

1. Paper Format

  • Length: 4–6 pages
  • Layout: IEEE two-column format
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Language: English
  • Fonts: Only Type 1 fonts allowed
  • Template: IEEE Official Template

2. Originality Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • No simultaneous submissions allowed.
  • Introduction must include motivation & contributions.

3. Figures, Tables & Equations

  • Figures must be high-resolution.
  • Tables must be clearly labeled.
  • Equations numbered sequentially.

4. Reference Style

  • Use IEEE citation format.
  • References numbered in order of appearance.
  • Ensure authenticity and relevance.

5. PDF Compliance

  • Final PDF must be IEEE Xplore compliant.
  • Use IEEE PDF eXpress tool.
  • Papers with non-compliant formatting will be rejected.

6. Submission Policy

  • Submit via conference submission portal.
  • No updates allowed after first submission.
  • Accepted & presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore (subject to checks).

General Guidelines and Policies

1. Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must strictly adhere to the IEEE two-column conference format (A4 size).
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Papers must be prepared and submitted in English.
  • Only IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF files will be accepted.
  • Once submitted, no revisions, updates, or resubmissions are permitted.

2. Review & Acceptance Policy

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by domain experts.
  • The Technical Program Committee may accept, reject, or request revisions.
  • Accepted papers must be presented by at least one author for IEEE Xplore eligibility.

3. Presentation & Attendance

  • At least one author must register and present the accepted paper.
  • All presentations will be conducted in offline mode.
  • Failure to present will result in exclusion from conference proceedings.

4. Plagiarism & Ethical Compliance

  • Papers will be checked using IEEE-approved plagiarism tools.
  • Submissions exceeding the plagiarism limit will be rejected immediately.
  • Authors must ensure ethical compliance, originality, and correct citations.

5. Publication Policy

  • Accepted & presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore (subject to approval).
  • Papers included in IEEE Xplore will be processed for Scopus indexing.
  • IEEE reserves all rights regarding inclusion/exclusion of papers.

6. Registration Policies

  • Registration fees must be paid in full.
  • One registration covers one paper only.
  • Additional papers require separate registrations.

7. General Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professional behaviour at all times.
  • All attendees must follow IEEE’s Code of Ethics.
